Registry & Prenatal Support (Twins or Singleton) - $400
For those families that we are unable to work with after birth because we are booked or those that won't need or be able to budget for overnight postpartum doula support in person. All of our clients get this support in their retainer when they hire us before birth. Registry selection support, including babywearing, layette, toys, equipment, feeding, diapering, car seat, stroller, and more via email before we meet. A prenatal meeting (up to 3 hours) about a month before your due date to go over babywearing, sleep expectations & routines, parental mental health, pumps/bottles, carseat installation/practice with a doll, strollers and more. |
Babywearing Consults - $60/45 mins
Babywearing consult in your home with your carriers with one week of follow-up support via text/email and an additional 15 minute virtual fit check if needed. If you need help selecting a carrier, consider one of our other services to go further in depth. I completed Foundation in Babywearing Education training through the Center for Babywearing Studies in 2020 and have been babywearing since my first was born in 2009. |
Lactation Doula Visit - $160/up to 3 hours
An in-home or in-hospital non-medical practical visit. This can be after your IBCLC visit to help implement what they have told you to do in a practical way that fits your life. Or in the days leading up to your IBCLC visit since feeding 8-12 times in 24 hours is a lot when things aren't going well and I can help until they have availability to see you. Or if your concern is non medical we may avoid needing an IBCLC appointment at all but I will always refer when things are out of my scope. With a non-medical in-home or in-hospital lactation doula visit I can help with practical support, like you taking a nap/shower while I work on dishes/laundry while wearing the baby(ies) so you can be refreshed for the next feed. Up to 3 hours also allows the feed to be on demand instead of expecting a newborn to conform to our schedule, eliminating the stress of if the feed will line up the appointment time. Other topics can include: swaddling, babywearing, bottles, pumps, carseats, parental mental health, etc. |
