Night Doula Support - $30/hr*
For night doula support, 8-10 hour shifts are available 1 to 7 nights per week according to your needs. We will work with you according to your feeding goals by bringing the baby to nurse and then get them settled back to sleep so you can go right back to sleep, bottle feed while you pump a few times, or formula feed while you sleep; or any variation of these three things. We can also work on dishes, laundry, or food prepping when the baby is asleep at night. We are available to provide resources and support throughout the night or via email during our contracted time with you.
We can help in just about any way you need while we are with you. Some common requests include:
Day Doula Support - $33/hr
For day doula support, 2 to 4 hour shifts are available 1 to 5 days per week either morning, afternoon, or evening or a variety of the 3 to meet your needs. It's a postpartum doula's job to work themselves out of a job, they want to give you all the tools and confidence to do this all on your own as soon as you are ready.
*Night doula support for twins and higher order multiples is $33/hour
